Steps to make Claim of Copyright Infringement
If you wish any unauthorized content removed from wapSPELL.com or any domain under us, please read the instructions below carefully:

* Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed by providing the exact remote URIs.
* Clear description of the content you mention for the above claus along with the proof that it is owned by "You".
* Ample information to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and a valid electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
* A statement that "the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed." (You can simply copy this statement and put it in your letter, as long as the statement is true.)
Failure to provide the above information in accurate, truthful and genuine way would reder us inable to remove the content due to lack of ownership and ambiguity/error in content description.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
Also as a good faith, we will for the future, do our best to keep the same material away from being posted on our site(s).
Please also be advised that we enforce a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers who are repeat infringers.
