running for min 30 mins daily.. then increase to 1 hr

lukewarm water with lemon empty stomach..


never skip your breakfast...eat healthy,take more protien,fruits salad n green veggies

workout for 1hr... HIIT

take short meals in every 3hrs...like,juice,fruits,oats etc
dinner before 8pm


at last go to bed early...min 8hrs of sleep..

stay fit,stay active,stay healthy....and stay happy...
